This week the children listened to the story of 'The Three Little Pigs'. They then had lots of fun in the garden building their own houses and acting out the story. If you are out and about during the holiday we would like the children to collect some autumn leaves so they can use them for different activities when we return. We hope you all have a good half term and look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 1st November.
This week the children listened to the story of 'The Big Red Bath'. There was lots of fun experimenting with bubbles as well as learning about the importance of keeping clean, all the children were given a toothbrush and toothpaste to take home on Friday.
We have had another fantastic week in Little Roo's. We have been developing our counting skills and have had some fun in the sand using our pouring and emptying skills.
This week the children have continued learning about their 5 senses and have done some activities focused on their sense of smell, taste and sight.
This week we have said hello to some new children joining us in Little Roo's Nursery, they have all settled in very well.
This week the children have started to learn about their 5 senses, they have used their ears to play some listening games and talked about how useful our hands are to help us feel things and do things.
